Industrial Automation Optimization

Automation Training

We’ve spent many years developing a comprehensive automation and controls training program called NTH University to accelerate the development of our new hires. By using our training services, you get access to the same resources and materials that we use to develop our own high-performing controls engineers. We’ve designed our training to be modular, customizable, and support a wide variety of platforms in order to meet your unique needs.

Course Delivery

All equipment, computers, software, and course materials are provided to the trainees to simulate the equipment on the plant floor.  With our hands-on training, you can ask questions to an experienced instructor.

Our equipment will save your company hundreds of thousands of dollars from buying training stations. We maintain the equipment and keep it up to date for you.

You can choose from the following delivery options:

  • Instructor-Led class at our training facility in the Nashville Area: Get exposure to more complex applications and hardware like pick and place, vision, and process control in addition to PLC hardware and programming.
  • Instructor-Led training at your facility: Demo boxes and a conveyor trainer are available for a short-term training event or long-term lease.
  • Custom: Create a custom training course for your employees that can be facilitated through taped or remote instruction
