Our panel shop is UL 508A certified. Every industrial control panel we build meets NEC Article 409 safety and construction standards. 

The certification covers design, fabrication, and testing and we maintain it through regular audits.

Electrical Control Panel Fabrication, Design, and Integration

Our panels go into automated production equipment, manufacturing lines, and data center infrastructure. We consider how control panels integrate into a larger system to help prevent downstream issues. 

We work on both build-to-print and full custom designs. On custom builds, our engineers work with your team to spec the right configuration. On build-to-print projects, our technical leads review your drawings up front to ensure the assembly process will be seamless and meet code standards.

Every panel goes through point-to-point verification, power-up testing, and functional checks before it ships.

Our 24,000 square foot electrical panel shop runs CNC fabrication for precision cutouts and computerized large-format engraving. We have onsite engineering staff who can troubleshoot issues in real time.

Situation

A Global Fortune 500 customer ordered a large quantity of build-to-print double door electrical control panels that required extremely tight wiring.

Action

Our neat wire management and attention to detail were essential to make this panel usable. We thoroughly tested quality through our checklist of point to point tests, power ups, fire relays and I/O tests.

Result

Despite a demanding timeline, we delivered the panel to specification and on time directly to the data center on behalf of our customer.

2. Design

For custom builds, our engineers design the control panel configuration with your team. For build-to-print, we review your drawings and flag anything that could cause problems downstream.

3. Build

CNC-cut enclosures, precision control panel wiring, and well-organized wire management by long-tenured and highly skilled electricians in our shop. 

4. Test and Ship

Point-to-point verification, power-up testing. fire relay checks, and full I/O verification. Every panel is tested and photographed before it leaves our facility.

Our CNC control panel fabrication machine enables us to automate cutouts of doors and enclosures with high precision and quality. We also use the CNC machine to drill and tap our back panels. The following videos demonstrate the machine’s capabilities.
