We are excited to announce a transition in our leadership at Automation NTH following the retirement of Automation NTH Founder Brent Thomas. Jeff Buck and Greg Young will lead the company as Co-Presidents, driving our company into its next chapter of innovation and growth.
For the past 20 years, Jeff Buck has been a cornerstone of the Automation NTH team while serving as VP of Engineering. Jeff’s leadership and ability to develop talent have been instrumental in building our industry-leading engineering team. Jeff also created NTH University, a premier training and development program which cultivates the skills needed to design, build, and enhance world-class automation equipment.
Greg Young has been part of the Automation NTH team for 8 years, most recently serving as VP of Business Administration. During this time, Greg shaped the company’s strategy, processes, and business systems to enable it to develop into an Inc. 5000 fastest-growing company.
As Co-Presidents, Jeff and Greg will lead collaboratively, capitalizing on their combined strengths. Jeff will oversee the technical and project execution aspects of automation equipment, ensuring we deliver innovative, high performing solutions to our customers. Greg will oversee business operations, sales and marketing, and the company’s go-to-market strategy. Together, they will maintain our commitment to a customer-centric approach, ensuring that Automation NTH continues to deliver excellence in automation.
With the joint leadership from Jeff and Greg, Automation NTH will continue to build upon its position as an innovative leader in the automation industry.
